Activate TRUCONNECT® Remote Services
Activate TRUCONNECT® connection for equipment by using the following web form! This allows you to view usage data on the crane in the portal and receive reports. Note that the crane needs to have a modem installed on it.
If TRUCONNECT® connection has already been activated for the equipment and you need new user accounts, contact digital.support@konecranes.com. In your message, please specify the name and personal email address of the new user and the name of the company that owns the equipment.
